Animer les instances de suivi et rédiger les comptes-rendus. Coordonner l'ensemble des contributeurs IT (architecture, conception, réalisation, recette, mise en production, infrastructure). Garantir le suivi strict du périmètre, des coûts, des ressources et du planning (suivi des 4 C). Gérer le reporting global et piloter les adhérences avec les autres projets de la feuille de route du groupe.
