Vos missions et responsabilités : Attaché au dispositif Centre de Services dédié Ventes de crédits, vous assumez la responsabilité de son pilotage, envers notre client et à destination de votre équipe. Pour cela, vous avez pour tâches : 1 - Cadrage fonctionnel et technique : - Recevoir, analyser et chiffrer les Avant Projet Sommaires (APS). 2 - Pilotage, suivi et coordination des activités : - Définir les objectifs et les délais de réalisation des livrables (applications, modules, développements spécifiques...) ; - Piloter et mesurer l'état d'avancement (création des tableaux de bord, choix des indicateurs, planification des comités de pilotage..) ; - Superviser et coordonner le travail de l'ensemble des acteurs ; - Valider les livrables ; - Planifier et organiser les tests unitaires et de charge.

Votre rôle En tant que Staff Engineer, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la structuration technique de la plateforme. Vous intervenez sur l'architecture, le développement backend, les bonnes pratiques et l'accompagnement technique des équipes, sans responsabilités managériales. Vos missions Piloter l'architecture technique des solutions financières critiques, en garantissant scalabilité, sécurité et conformité. Développer les composants backend critiques (Python), gérer les releases. Définir les bonnes pratiques, mentorer les développeurs, rédiger les tickets. Collaborer avec les équipes produit et mobile pour aligner vision métier et exécution technique. Intervenir ponctuellement sur des sujets DevOps et infrastructure (Terraform, AWS). 40-50% : Développement backend en Python, gestion des releases. 25% : Architecture, rédaction des tickets, coaching technique. 25% ou moins : Sujets DevOps et infrastructure (Terraform, AWS). Profil recherché Les critères suivants sont obligatoires pour que le profil soit retenu : A minima 6 à 8 ans d'expérience en développement applicatif et DevOps, avec des projets concrets. De préférence Python/Terraform. Maîtrise de Python . Expérience en startup ou scale-up (au moins 1 à 2 ans). Compréhension des concepts comptables : TVA, comptes comptables, logique de flux financiers. Expérience de collaboration avec des équipes mobiles codant en natif (minimum 2 ans). Les éléments suivants sont fortement appréciés : Expérience dans le secteur du paiement . À défaut, une expérience en banque ou finance est bienvenue. Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement back-end avec Python, dont au moins 2 ans avec Django et Django REST Framework. Maîtrise de la conception d'API RESTful, compréhension des principes REST et sécurisation du développement d'API. Solide expérience des bases de données SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) et connaissance des ORM, notamment de Django. Une connaissance des technologies front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.) est un atout pour l'intégration d'API. Expérience du contrôle de version (Git) et du travail collaboratif en équipe. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec une approche proactive et analytique. Bonne compréhension des tests logiciels (tests unitaires, d'intégration et de bout en bout) et des techniques de débogage. La connaissance des technologies de conteneurisation comme Docker et des plateformes cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) est un atout. You will have a degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent certifications. Must have technical working knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld Financials platform, including relevant NetSuite certifications. Ideally have at least 5 to 7 years experience of developing in Javascript and Oracle SQL in order to develop applications for Netsuite including a minimum 5 years in NetSuite OneWorld.
