Project Manager with Salesforce – Central London Our Client is a global brand with the UK head office in Central London. They are now looking to recruit a seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 to 10 years experience as a Project Manager with experience of the full project life-cycle. Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience of working on Siebel or Salesforce projects. Experience as PM, Product Owner or Senior BA with an enterprise CRM package (preferably Siebel or Salesforce) is a MUST Experience as PM, Product Owner or Senior BA with an enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence tool (preferably Oracle products like OBIEE or Hyperion, or SAP Business Objects) is preferred Minimum Bachelor degree in IT or Business Minimum 5 years IT Project Management experience, preferably within Transformation Programme environment, ideally within the following sectors; Marketing, Creative, Information Technology or Fine Art Experience in Change Management delivery Experience in decommissioning legacy applications Strong business acumen Business planning, strategic prioritisation and pipeline management Highly organised and capable to operate in a multi-stakeholder, fast paced environment Exceptional written and oral communication skills - ability to conduct 'one on one' business as well to present in front of large, senior audiences International (ideally Global) business exposure Business English required; additional languages preferred Salary will be in the range £60K to £75K depending on expertise. Dans le cadre de projets de transformation et de rationalisation de la Business Intelligence, nous recherchons un(e) AMOA Data / Assistant(e) Chef de Projet BI confirmé(e) pour accompagner le pilotage opérationnel de projets décisionnels.Missions principalesRecueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers. Coordonner les différents interlocuteurs Métier, MOA, MOE, DSI et intégrateurs. Participer à la définition et au suivi de la roadmap projet. Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, règles de gestion et indicateurs/KPI. Intervenir en tant que PO Proxy auprès des équipes de développement. Suivre les développements et gérer les priorités. Préparer et piloter la recette fonctionnelle : stratégie de tests, exécution, suivi des anomalies et validation. Participer aux mises en production et au suivi post-déploiement. Assurer le reporting projet et l'animation des ateliers et instances. Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la maintenance évolutive des solutions BI. Compétences recherchéesExpérience confirmée en AMOA BI / Data ou en pilotage de projets décisionnels. Expérience en PO Proxy ou coordination fonctionnelle. Bonne maîtrise de la recette fonctionnelle et de la gestion des anomalies. Bonne connaissance de SQL. Bonne compréhension des architectures DataWarehouse / Datamart et des flux d'alimentation de données. Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs métiers et techniques. Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile et des pratiques de gestion de projet. Maîtrise des outils de suivi projet type JIRA appréciée.
