Mission de l'équipe : La mission intervient dans le cadre du suivi et de la coordination de l'ouverture de marchés ségrégués. L'objectif est d'assurer le pilotage opérationnel des ouvertures de marchés en garantissant la conformité, la traçabilité et l'efficacité des processus, en coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes. Prestations demandées : La mission prendra en charge les activités suivantes : · Piloter et suivre les ouvertures de marchés ségrégués avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes. · Mettre à jour et maintenir un fichier de suivi structuré pour chaque ouverture de marché. · Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes Product Engineering afin de garantir l'alignement technique et fonctionnel. · Gérer les signataires impliqués dans les ouvertures de comptes et assurer la collecte des signatures requises. · Organiser la notarisation des documents en coordination avec les équipes Legal. · Assurer un suivi rigoureux de la documentation juridique et fiscale associée aux ouvertures. · Suivre les échéances, relancer les contributeurs et assurer un reporting régulier de l'avancement. · Structurer les interactions et les différents jalons de coordination en s'appuyant sur les bonnes pratiques existantes. · Préparer et livrer une procédure détaillée décrivant le mode opératoire associé à l'activité. Working closely with the IT Manager and various business units, you will help strengthen compliance and regulatory risk management through effective management information (MI) reporting and analytical insights. The Client would ideally like you to have experience of Network Engineering in addition to the Data Engineering skills. Must have at least 7 to 10 years solid Data Engineering experience and ideally 1 to 2 years Networking Engineering and Support experience. Dans le cadre de la transformation de son système de gestion des données, nous recherchons un Directeur de Projets/ directeur de programme MDM Informatica expérimenté pour piloter des projets de Master Data Management (MDM), notamment dans le cadre de migrations vers la solution Informatica MDM. Le consultant interviendra sur des projets à forts enjeux de transformation des données, depuis la définition de la stratégie de migration jusqu'au déploiement de la solution et à l'accompagnement des équipes métiers et IT. Missions principales : Pilotage des projets MDM Définir et piloter la roadmap des projets MDM en collaboration avec les équipes IT, métiers et data. Prendre en charge le pilotage de projets complexes de bout en bout : cadrage, conception, migration, recette, déploiement et conduite du changement. Garantir le respect des objectifs, des délais, des budgets et des niveaux de qualité attendus. Mettre en place la gouvernance projet et assurer le reporting auprès des sponsors et instances de direction. Coordonner les différentes équipes impliquées : Data, IT, métiers, architecture, intégration, qualité et sécurité. Migration vers Informatica MDM Piloter des projets de migration de solutions MDM existantes ( idéalement SAP vers Informatica MDM). Anticiper et gérer les risques liés aux migrations : qualité des données, volumétrie, interfaces, dépendances applicatives et continuité de service. Organiser les phases de cut-over, mise en production et stabilisation post-migration.
