Key Requirements:Extensive experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role. Strong background in a technology or product-driven environment. Credentials in collaborating with Engineering teams with insights into software delivery constraints. A solid understanding of product management practices including roadmaps and prioritization. Proficient knowledge in agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Experience in defining and utilizing KPIs (lead time, cycle time, quality, etc.).
