Mission de l'équipe : Dans le cadre des Expectations on Valuation Capabilities (EoVC) définies par le Single Resolution Board (SRB), la mission s'inscrit dans un programme stratégique visant à constituer une base documentaire exhaustive couvrant le Groupe et ses principales filiales supervisées par l'autorité de résolution. Cette documentation doit permettre d'assurer une supervision renforcée dans le cadre du Valuation Playbook et des dispositifs de mise en résolution. L'objectif est de finaliser l'analyse des écarts documentaires d'ici fin 2026, puis de piloter le déploiement progressif de la base documentaire jusqu'au début de l'année 2029, avec un premier jalon de transmission attendu à partir de 2028. Prestations demandées : La mission interviendra principalement sur les activités suivantes : 1. Recensement et structuration de la documentation existante · La mission sera responsable d'identifier et de recenser l'ensemble de la documentation disponible au sein des différentes fonctions du Groupe. · Elle devra structurer cette collecte en coordonnant les différents contributeurs issus notamment des équipes Finance, Risk, RH, Legal et des autres départements concernés. 2. Analyse des écarts documentaires · La mission devra réaliser une analyse détaillée des écarts entre les exigences documentaires formulées par le SRB et la documentation effectivement disponible. · Cette analyse permettra d'identifier les documents manquants, les éléments à compléter ainsi que les priorités de mise en conformité. 3. Définition du processus de collecte documentaire · La mission sera chargée de concevoir le workflow permettant la collecte, la centralisation et la mise à jour régulière des documents. · Elle définira également les rôles et responsabilités des différentes parties prenantes au travers d'une matrice RACI adaptée au dispositif. 4. Gouvernance et animation du programme · La mission assurera l'animation de la communauté projet et mettra en place la gouvernance nécessaire au pilotage du dispositif. · Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le management Finance & Strategy afin d'assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et la coordination des différentes parties prenantes. · Le périmètre couvre le Groupe ainsi que plusieurs filiales régulées par le SRB.
