Contexte Le client est un établissement dont le système d'information est majoritairement hébergé en interne : il dispose de son propre datacenter et de sa propre infrastructure. Sa DSI souhaite mettre en place une démarche de refacturation à destination de ses clients internes, ce qui suppose au préalable de savoir mesurer précisément ce que produit et ce que consomme cette infrastructure. Le poste est rattaché à l'équipe Chefferie de Projet Production (CPP), au sein de la division Infrastructures et Services d'Exploitation (ISE) du département des Systèmes d'Information. Le client engage par ailleurs l'intégration d'un cloud (Azure). Le titulaire du poste étendra progressivement les pratiques FinOps à ces environnements, avec pour objectif final de fournir les éléments économiques permettant d'arbitrer, application par application, entre hébergement interne et hébergement cloud. Consommation — Mettre en place les rapports de consommation des ressources techniques par client interne, et si possible par application, à partir des données transmises par les équipes techniques. Catalogue et tarification — Formaliser le catalogue des services d'infrastructure et la grille tarifaire interne associée (coût unitaire par vCPU, Go de stockage, machine virtuelle), puis accompagner les clients internes dans son appropriation. FinOps cloud — Déployer les pratiques de gestion des ressources cloud au fil de l'adoption d'Azure et de Bleu : politique de tagging, suivi budgétaire et alerting, rightsizing, optimisation des engagements de capacité. Mainframe Storage Specialist We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Storage Specialist to support a Large programme, with a key focus on the migration of CA/Broadcom storage tooling to IBM. The role will focus on z/OS Storage Management, including DASD, tape, SMS, HSM, storage replication, backup/recovery and capacity management. You will also support critical migration and storage activities across the mainframe environment. Key experience: - Strong hands-on z/OS Storage Management experience across DASD, SMS and HSM. - Experience with DFSMS, DFSMSdss, DFSMShsm/HSM and IDCAMS. - Experience with CA/Broadcom to IBM storage product migrations, ideally CA Allocate, CA-1 or CA Disk. - Knowledge of IBM equivalents including TAAM/DFSMS, DFSMSrmm and DFSMShsm. - Experience with storage replication, backup/recovery, DR and failover activities. - Experience with Dell EMC PowerMax, VTL, DLM and Data Domain (DD) would be highly desirable. - Strong understanding of storage allocation, dataset management, capacity and performance. - Experience providing L2/L3 support and working within controlled change/CAB environments. - Good understanding of z/OS, JCL and batch processing.
