Le poste comporte une double dimension : • Business Analysis projet, de l'analyse du besoin jusqu'à la recette ; • Maintien en conditions opérationnelles (RUN), sur un portefeuille d'applications fiscales et juridiques. Missions principales • Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins métiers. • Traduire les besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles ou user stories claires, précises et testables. • Participer à la conception et à la validation des solutions. • Analyser les impacts fonctionnels sur les processus, les données et les applications. • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes métiers, les équipes IT et les éditeurs. • Préparer et réaliser les tests fonctionnels et la recette. • Assurer le RUN des applications fiscales et juridiques. • Qualifier les incidents, évaluer leurs impacts et suivre leur résolution. • Fournir un support utilisateurs efficace et réactif. • Contribuer à la sécurisation des montées de version et des mises en production. • Veiller à la prise en compte des exigences réglementaires, fiscales et juridiques dans les solutions.
Dans le cadre du développement d'un Data Sandbox dédié aux usages de l'IA, la mission consiste à concevoir et opérationnaliser le modèle de gouvernance et de delivery permettant un accès plus rapide, sécurisé et cohérent aux données pour des activités d'IA autorisées : recherche, modélisation avancée, proof of concept métier et tests d'actifs IA. L'expert(e) intervient à l'interface entre gouvernance des données, business analysis, delivery et gestion des risques, en collaboration étroite avec le Data Engineer en charge de l'environnement technique et des datasets. Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes : Définir et aligner une procédure réutilisable de collecte et de transfert des données entre l'organisation centrale et ses différentes entités, en intégrant les exigences de sécurité, confidentialité, conservation, anonymisation/pseudonymisation et gestion des données. Concevoir le modèle opérationnel et de gouvernance permettant de gérer les risques résiduels non couverts par la procédure de collecte et de transfert. Piloter la planification et le delivery : gouvernance, dépendances, risques, décisions, suivi des actions et coordination des parties prenantes. Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins relatifs aux datasets de référence réutilisables. Construire et maintenir le catalogue, le backlog et la roadmap des datasets du Data Sandbox. Produire les guidelines, supports de communication, recommandations et matériels d'adoption nécessaires à l'utilisation du Data Sandbox. Accompagner l'amélioration continue du modèle de gouvernance, des processus et des contrôles. Livrables attendusProcédure validée de collecte et de transfert des données entre l'organisation centrale et les différentes entités. Modèle opérationnel / approche de gouvernance pour la gestion des risques résiduels identifiés. Roadmap et backlog des datasets de référence du Data Sandbox. Plan de delivery, registre des risques et dépendances, decision log et reporting de statut. Guidelines opérationnelles et supports d'adoption destinés aux parties prenantes et utilisateurs.
Business Analyst with Oracle CRM Systems – Milton Keynes Our Client is keen to recruit a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years proven track record of working on projects with an understanding of the full project life-cycle. Must be able to demonstrate excellent business analysis skills coupled with excellent techniques and ideally with some methodology. The Client would like to you have at least 3 to 5 years experience of working with a CRM system - ideally with Oracle CRM – although they will consider others. Should be confident with the ability to work well the stakeholders and to guide and lead them to successful end results. The following are some of the key points about this role: Must be able to analyse the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Finance & Education) Identify how the business use technology and what their goals are in line with identified requirements. As-Is/To-Be process mapping Identify problems within the business relating, through data modelling techniques and process flows. Have the ability to streamline processes. You will have strong documentation management experience and skills. Communicate with senior people within the organisation. Align internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies/requirements/processes. Part of this assignment will be to run workshops and training sessions in order to ensure that everyone is on board and understands the processes involved. You will have knowledge of some if not all of the following: Finance systems and integration – tailored around the education sector Marketing & admissions background YoY management of enrolled children/existing pupils Technology within education and use of VLE's Change management expertise The Client and the role is based in Milton Keynes and there will be some travel occasionally.
