Vous serez force de proposition auprès des développeurs, de la communauté des Lead Developers et des architectes, et contribuerez activement à l'amélioration continue du delivery et à la veille technologique. ActivitésLe Lead Tech BI sera amené à piloter les équipes de développement lors des chantiers d'amélioration de la plateforme Data & Analytics et de consolidation des référentiels. Afin de transformer la donnée en information stratégique, son équipe et lui-même interviendront dans le cadrage du besoin avec les Product Owners, les choix techniques et la conception détaillée, ainsi que l'implémentation et le déploiement des produits, tout en gardant à l'esprit le pré-requis d'agilité et d'innovation continue de la plateforme. Il aura à sa charge de : Assurer la réception des entrants fonctionnels en préambule du démarrage des réalisations : o Réception des spécifications fonctionnelles / des Features et des User Stories. o Réception et critique des critères d'acceptance définis. Interagir avec les équipes métier et être garant de la qualité technique et fonctionnelle des produits : o Interagir avec les équipes métier pour bien comprendre les besoins fonctionnels. o Participer à la conception technico-fonctionnelle des solutions, en lien avec les architectes. o Rédaction des spécifications techniques détaillées. o Être le référent en matière de code, mettre en place les bonnes pratiques d'ingénierie data et vérifier les actions menées par son équipe. o Accompagner les équipes sur les bonnes pratiques d'ingénierie data et assurer une vision transverse des projets. o Codage de parties spécifiques des solutions. o S'assurer de la qualité du code, notamment à l'aide d'outils d'analyse. o Revue (et co-conception si besoin) des tests Quality Control. o Contrôle et gestion de la dette technique. Suivre et contrôler l'avancement : o Attribution des US, Bugs & Issues. o Découpage en tâches / répartition des tâches aux développeurs de son équipe, y compris lui-même, ou à d'autres équipes selon le besoin. o Contrôle du niveau de détail des tâches et de leur avancement. o Coordination de l'exécution des tâches avec les développeurs. o Pilotage et suivi du planning et de la charge consommée, sur plusieurs projets menés en parallèle de manière rigoureuse et organisée. Gérer et organiser le delivery de ses produits : o Rédaction et publication de la Release Notes technique. o Contrôle des livraisons. o Être en support des recettes métier. o Préparer et animer des présentations métier, et savoir être challengé sur ses choix techniques et fonctionnels. Gestion du support : o Vérifier et attribuer les tickets de support utilisateurs. o Être le point de contact technique direct des Key Users sur les produits. Compétences techniquesMaîtrise de la suite MSBI et de l'écosystème Azure : o SQL o Azure Blob, Azure SQL DB, Datawarehouse, Synapse Azure, Azure Data Lake, Data Fabric o SSIS, Azure Data Factory o SSAS (MDX, DAX), Azure Analysis Services o Power BI Un plus si maîtrise des solutions modernes de la Data Platform : o Databricks o Snowflake o Azure Synapse (mise en œuvre avancée) Connaissance élargie sur les technologies BI et Big Data du marché : Tableau, R, Python, Databricks… • Maîtrise d'Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD • Maîtrise des méthodes Agiles, en particulier SCRUM
