The Opportunity This is not a traditional stakeholder management Product Manager role. We're looking for a builder. Someone who has personally taken products from idea to launch, thrives in ambiguity, talks directly to customers, and moves quickly from insight to execution. You'll join a small but high-impact Product organization and help shape the future of AI-powered workflows across voice intelligence, knowledge management, automation, and emerging agentic technologies. Contexte : Dans le cadre de l'évolution et du support de son progiciel BDI Interplay, notre client recherche un Business Analyst confirmé pour assurer le recueil et l'analyse des besoins utilisateurs et coordonner les échanges avec l'éditeur Axway. Le consultant interviendra au sein de l'équipe en charge de la comptabilité détaillée des opérations financières, bancaires et des activités d'Assurance Export, avec également un rôle sur le paramétrage comptable AIS/FAH et le suivi de production Missions principales : · Recueillir et analyser les besoins utilisateurs exprimés par les Project Managers. · Assurer l'interface entre les équipes métier, les Project Managers et l'éditeur Axway. · Coordonner les échanges, les plannings, les chiffrages et le suivi des livrables. · Rédiger les spécifications technico-fonctionnelles détaillées. · Rédiger les User Stories et définir les critères d'acceptation dans un environnement Agile SAFe. · Gérer et prioriser le backlog. · Suivre les livraisons et organiser les tests d'acceptation. · Définir la stratégie de tests, exécuter les recettes fonctionnelles et contribuer aux TNR. · Qualifier et analyser les anomalies rencontrées. · Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des nouvelles fonctionnalités. · Animer les réunions utilisateurs et les sessions de formation. · Contribuer à la planification et aux mises en production. · Paramétrer les règles comptables sur AIS/FAH et assurer le suivi des traitements en production. · Contribuer au support de l'existant et à l'excellence opérationnelle du périmètre. · Exploiter les services IA mis à disposition dans le cadre de la mission.
