IT Infrastructure Support Analyst Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a young super talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst. You will have at least to 5 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. Technicien Systèmes, Réseaux et Stockage – Support Croisières Lieu : Marseille (poste sur site, pas de télétravail ) Contexte : Au sein du service IT d’une compagnie de croisières, vous êtes responsable du support technique et de la maintenance des infrastructures informatiques (réseaux, systèmes, stockage) à bord et à terre. Vous intervenez sur les navires, notamment lors des opérations de mise à jour, partout dans le monde. Missions principales : Assurer le support niveau 2/3 sur les environnements systèmes, réseaux et stockage. Gérer et maintenir les équipements Cisco , Fortinet , Alcatel , VMware et NAS . Participer aux mises à jour et déploiements techniques à bord des bateaux (déplacements internationaux de quelques semaines par an).
