D’une part, par la mise en œuvre d’un programme data innovant portant les aspects suivants : Renfort de la qualité de la donnée Mise en place d’une gouvernance de la donnée sur les indicateurs métiers stratégiques Migration des traitements ELT existants vers une solution technologique plus adaptée Refonte du modèle de données du Data Warehouse Et d’autre part, par le maintien en condition opérationnel du système d’information décisionnel existant portant les aspects suivants Analyse et la correction des incidents de production Développement de sujets relatifs à l’évolution de la réglementation
