Contractor job Electrical Design/Project engineer

I am currently looking for a design engineer and a project engineer with the following experiences.

Lead design / Technical leader
Electrical design
Drawings, rack design, not just power, vacuum, diagnostics, PLC, RF
Knowledge of how a PLC system works / systems engineering knowledge
EMC
Machinery safety - 60204 / 13809
BS7671
Autocad mechanical
Zuken
- very nice to have
