Our client base covers a wide range of verticals from Government, MOD and CNI through to companies that are easily recognisable as household names. The SOC is a 24x7x365 operation therefore the SOC Analyst Team works shifts on a 2 Days, 2 Nights 4 Rest Days. This is a Hybrid Working position where the dayshift is operated from a CGI office. Therefore it is expected that two days per week will be spent in an office with colleagues. Security Clearance Required. The BRM validates that operational procedures, technical dependencies, governance approvals and service restoration activities are fully aligned to the agreed Migration Sequence of Events (SoE) and T-minus readiness gates, ensuring controlled cutover and minimal service disruption. The role is fully onsite in London. Please note that the role is inside IR35. Responsibilities Extract server and application scope from Device42 or equivalent migration discovery data and create a structured Application Migration Engagement Tracker to manage all business-facing activity. Cross-reference ServiceNow / CMDB records to validate application ownership, technical contacts and service classification.
