En lien avec la responsable produit de l'offre concernée, le profil assure une prestation de Product Management sur le périmètre des produits (application et site web) de cette offre. Il porte la responsabilité de la définition et de l'exécution de la stratégie produit, tout en s'assurant de sa performance en production, en collaborant quotidiennement avec les différentes équipes et services : autres Product Managers des offres d'information, Product Owners, Product Designers, UX, UI, développeurs, journalistes, coach data, équipes marketing. Il est également garant de la définition et du suivi de la roadmap dans le respect des objectifs et challenges produit, des obligations réglementaires, des procédures, des budgets et des normes de qualité. Objectifs La prestation consiste à participer à la définition de la stratégie du produit, en lien avec la direction du produit et des technologies, et au suivi de la cohérence et du fonctionnement optimal de l'ensemble une fois en production, en assurant également le partage de la compréhension des usages. Activités principales attendues Élaboration de la stratégie produit, en lien avec la direction du numérique, notamment autour des problématiques liées au site web et aux applications de l'offre concernée Garant de l'alignement des parties prenantes autour de la stratégie produit Communication de cette stratégie produit auprès de ses interlocuteurs afin d'orchestrer au mieux les efforts Instruction, validation et priorisation des nouvelles opportunités permettant d'apporter un maximum d'impact pour les utilisateurs et pour l'entreprise Veille concurrentielle Participation à la préparation du plan de release trimestriel et de la roadmap trimestrielle Participation et accompagnement des product owners et des designers sur la conception des fonctionnalités Participation à la sélection de solutions adéquates avec l'équipe technique Définition et suivi des KPI produit (user stories, epics...) Élaboration et suivi de la roadmap en lien avec les product owners Accompagnement des équipes techniques dédiées au produit et démocratisation des choix technico-fonctionnels auprès d'un public non averti Accompagnement des product owners sur la gestion des interdépendances avec les autres équipes, et synchronisation si nécessaire avec les interlocuteurs des autres équipes Gestion de l'avancement du produit, des deadlines si nécessaire, et communication auprès des parties prenantes Suivi de l'efficacité et de la bonne santé des produits en production et recherche de leur meilleure performance
