Business Performance duties  Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications  Provide first/Second level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.  Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Phones/Mobiles and other IT equipment.  Laptop imaging experience needed (WIM USB, MDT, SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot) – Image creation, management and deployments.  Assist in user account management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, and banking systems  Networking Fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN.  Understanding of cybersecurity measures.  Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations.  Monitor system performance and report abnormalities to senior IT staff  Assist with software updates, patches, and antivirus management.  Exposure to following Fortinet solutions – fortigate, forticlient VPN, Symantec Endpoint Protection & Encryption, Bitlocker, SentinelOne, Cisco Switches, Tenable, Group policy, ManageEngine, Nagios, MFA  Document IT procedures and maintain technical documentation relating to role. Technical/Functional skills - Proficient in common operating systems (Linux – Redhat & Ubuntu, Windows OS –Win10 &11) - Software proficiency – 0365, Sharepoint and Teams – Banking Applications - Networking (IT) - Proficient in programming languages & Automation (good to have) - Project management - Data analysis - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - AV Support - Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals The Client is based in Central London. This is a 12 month FTC position which is hybrid with at least 3 days a week in the office. The salary for this position will be circa £35K.
