You will join a team in DBS Digital, Information and Technology (DIT) responsible for exploiting and administering the DBS Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform, in support of Civilian People business needs. Your Role The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end delivery process across a number of workstreams for simple to complex programmes. You are accountable for working with cross-functional teams to ensure that programmes and projects are completed within agreed outcomes and scope (typically cost, time and quality). Your leadership and stakeholder management is of pivotal importance to success in this role. Our programme managers are empowered to define their team's ways of working and choosing the best technique to successfully deliver the scope of work. You will be responsible for driving and delivering change and leading a Team and acting as a Critical Partner to the Head of Modern Workplace and Operations.You will lead other project managers and may provide line management support to them, as needed by the nature of the change you are leading. As a member of the Head of Portfolio's Delivery Team, you contribute to the overall success of the Portfolio, through your leadership as well as planning, tracking and reporting activities. As leader of the Modern Workplace Portfolio you will work closely with and advise technical and operational leads, sponsoring the latest technologies, leading on advocacy and ensuring the strategic roadmap is underpinned with the right change portfolio. Support the analysis of business processes and functional requirements of the EUC product sets. Represent the product and communicate benefits to enterprise architecture, CIO teams, project portfolio, procurement, change management and similar teams. Working with the business to capture requirements and translate into functional requirements of Modern Workplace tools and systems.
