We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our Avaloq application. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and mitigate defects, and to ensure that the application meets the required standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the Avaloq application meets the required quality and functionality standards. Understand the integration patterns between Avaloq and other systems (such as CRM tools; trading tools; data stores etc) to support and execute testing across the full tech stack Identify, document, and track defects, across the different Avaloq modules (STEX; MM; Person; BP etc) and collaborate with relevant development teams to resolve issues. Conduct thorough testing of new features, updates, and patches to ensure compatibility and functionality. 2. Quality Engineering: Design, develop, and implement automated testing scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise quality-related initiatives and projects. Develop and maintain quality metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure application quality and identify areas for improvement. 3. Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate quality assurance and quality engineering processes Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Stay up-to-date with Avaloq application releases, updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve quality assurance and quality engineering processes. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of the application lifecycle. Communicate quality-related issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams. Key Skills & Experience: Ideally 4 years+ of experience in quality assurance and/or quality engineering, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience with Avaloq application or similar object-model banking/financial software Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing. Experience with automated testing tools, such as Tosca, UFT, Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies. Proficiency in programming languages, such as PL/SQL, Java, Python, or C#. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Understanding of Wealth Management concepts Good Communication skills, Ability to work in fixed time bound projects. Digital Marketing Architect – Docklands London This is an exciting unique and new challenging position to work a senior level to direct the online marketing strategy for this bank based in the Docklands London. You will be an expert in online digital marketing architecture as a Business Digital Architect with at least 7 to 10 years expertise at a senior level. Our Client is a bank who wants to engineer additional revenue streams from the large database of customers by upselling to them. For this reason we require an expert in the online digital and marketing arena as a Business Digital Architect where you will work with the stakeholders to devise a digital strategy and leverage the multiple revenue streams that they are looking to tap in to. You will be a techno functional architect with the ability to understand Realtime Ad Intelligence and to use this information using the various CRM tools available. The following are some more points regarding this exciting new position: · Develop strategy using digital marketing technology with aim to increase customer engagement and conversion. Cyber Security Manager Our Client to be secured and protected from increased cyber threats and compliant to industry standards. This role covers information protection, including data loss protection and data classification, and threat protection, including security information and event management (SIEM), user and entity behaviour analytics (UEBA), point products like anti-virus (AV) and intrusion detection system/intrusion prevention system (IDS/IPS) and penetration testing. The Service Delivery team consists of approximately 20 staff who support and operate the Company’s services and there is an opportunity in that team for a Cyber Security Manager to oversee and govern all security services. Reporting Lines This role reports to Head of Service Delivery Main Accountabilities Technical leadership for all security solutions, including all the 3rd party managed services Maintain the overall security of Company’s network, systems, and data Monitor security access and manage IDS/IPS configurations Establishing and implementing security 'best-practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures Responsible for Security scanning and the efficient remediation of vulnerabilities Responsible for analysing all security incidents to determine root cause Determine, recommend, and implement upgrade security measures and controls Delivery security responses for customer and client compliance requirements Developing and managing security plans with vendors Audit activities of administrators and conduct Security awareness training Requirements Demonstrable skills and capability in Security leadership and 3rd party management experience CISSP certification preferred.
