Gouvernance : Garantir la clarté, la qualité et la mise en place des standards du KM. Animer la dynamique (squad, communauté) et piloter les KPI (usage, satisfaction). Amélioration du Chatbot : Analyser les interactions (KPIs, irritants, taux de réponse) et enrichir les contenus pour booster le taux de résolution et l'expérience conversationnelle. 2. Communication Utilisateur & Accompagnement (Casquette Standard)Création de contenus : Concevoir et réaliser des newsletters, des supports visuels attractifs et de courts montages vidéo (tutos). Animation & Adoption : Animer des webinaires éducatifs et accompagner le changement face à l'évolution de l'environnement de travail numérique.
