Role: ServiceNow Solutions Architect Location: Hybrid - at least 3 days per week out of Bristol Length: 6-month contract Rate: £550 per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Clearance: SC Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the architectural design and solution strategy for a major ServiceNow implementation spanning IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role will ensure that the platform is designed and configured to meet business requirements, align with best practices, and support long-term scalability. The ideal candidate will combine deep architectural expertise with strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
