P2P Lead
P2P Lead (Oracle Fusion) – Hybrid – East Midlands – Outside IR35 VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation who are delivering a large-scale Finance transformation programme, implementing Oracle Fusion ERP. They are looking for a P2P Lead to support the implementation on a contract basis. As P2P Lead, you will take ownership of designing and implementing payment outflow processes within Oracle Fusion, ensuring they are fully compliant with ISO 20022 standards, industry best practices, and internal control requirements. Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion payment workflows. Ensure compliance with ISO 20022 standards, banking requirements, and internal controls. Act as SME for Finance payment processes, guiding both business and technical teams. Produce design documentation, configuration workbooks, and process flows. Support business impact assessments and identify risks, ensuring effective controls are in place. Review and support integration design, liaising with Data Migration and Reporting teams. Collaborate with Supplier Onboarding, Accounts Payable, Banking, Cash Management, and other relevant teams to align processes and ensure the right payment solutions are in place. Contribute to test planning, execution, and defect resolution. Coordinate with Change Management and Training teams to ensure smooth business adoption, including input into user training materials. Support cutover planning and provide post-implementation warranty support. Key experience: Strong understanding of Oracle Accounts Payable and Payment processes (Oracle SQM knowledge desirable). Proven experience with ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion. Knowledge of banking/payment standards (ISO 20022 preferred). Experience designing processes with a strong focus on controls and automation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise with Finance and Technology stakeholders. High attention to detail, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
