Notre client dans le secteur Aérospatial et défense recherche un/une VPM Coach H/F Description de la mission : Today we are looking for a coach, Toulouse based, to help the teams implement that new method . VPM is very similar to scrum and Kanban in term of practices and spirit and in many cases Scrum or kanban will perfectly fit the team context and will be deployed instead of VPM. The main responsibilities of the VPM coach are the following ones : •VPM Core Concepts and Awareness : the coach understands principles, objectives & benefits of VPM & is able to deliver VPM awareness to teams and stakeholders •Routines Facilitation : the coach is able to coach a VPM board leader in the animation of daily/weekly routines independently and according to the standard agenda •KPI Definition & Follow-up : the coach sefines KPIs, ensures discipline in update and review. Able to support team in KPI calculation •Problem Solving & Escalation : the coach supports and fosters issue identification, escalation (if needed) and resolution •Work preparation and planning : the coach supports and fosters the team in preparing the work and plan their deliverables for the next •VPM maturity assessment : the coach is able to assess the VPM maturity of a team (VPM maturity checklist) •Change Management & Coaching : the coach drives mindset shift and routine adoption with teams and fosters team lead to challenge the team members on problems, deliverables and workload estimates •Tool Mastery (Jira / Klaxoon): the coach navigates and configures tools used for VPM boards •Standard Ownership & Feedback : the coach contributes to standard improvement and shares best practices based on lessons learned, capitalize feedback sessions and report it on the VPM knowledge
