Systems / Technical Business Analyst Glasgow £49,000 to £58,500 Are you a technically strong Business / Systems Analyst who enjoys working closely with engineers and architects to turn complex business needs into clear, deliverable system designs within large-scale agile environments? In this role, you will sit at the heart of software delivery, working across engineering, QA, architecture and product to translate validated business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will help shape system designs, manage competing architectural and business demands, and ensure teams have the clarity they need to deliver effectively. You will be heavily involved in backlog creation and refinement, breaking down complex ideas into epics, stories and tasks, while ensuring non-functional requirements such as performance, security and scalability are clearly defined. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating as a developer or tester when required to support sprint goals.
