Head of Software Engineering Cardiff | 2 days onsite | £80,000 - £90,000 We're looking for a Head of Software Engineering to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation programme. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can bring both technical credibility and strong people management skills , while guiding a team through significant change. The successful Senior Software Developer will be experienced with a background in C# and .NET technologies who are capable at building configurable systems and reusable code libraries.
