IT Applications and Infrastructure Support Analyst Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a seasoned professional with at least 5 to 10 years hands-on expertise at 2 and 3 level support. 1st and 2nd Line Troubleshooting / Root-Cause Analysis, Documentation write ups for Knowledge Base Articles Be an integral part of the Support team in supporting and delivering all aspect of services and full range of client support including, but not limited to: Workstation Imaging, Hardware Configurations, Deployment of Software and Hardware, AD Management, Asset Management, Ticket Queuing Management (Alloy Navigator) and general overall efficiency to deliver the best service we can to our Users. Be the face and central point of all incoming IT queries and issues, with following ITIL best practice to ensure we always deliver high-standards of operations Liaise with colleagues in London and external support / 3rd party to deliver resolutions for complex matters as we’re in the process of many IT migration projects from legacy to new as well as life cycling projects Ensure all key data for IT is up-to-date, relevant and maintenance to high-level, to comply with the Bank’s auditing principals and processes. Ensure the Support Team achieve SLA targets the business outlines and be part of a proficient and proactive Support Unit Regulatory Duties: Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulatory requirements including the Bank’s Risk and Compliance policies and procedures and adhere to these to avoid exposing the Bank to undue risk. Report policy / procedure breaches and areas of potential non-compliance and suspicions promptly upon identification in accordance with the Bank’s Risk and Compliance policies. Accurately execute all controls within own area to minimise risk of policy, procedure and / or regulatory breaches. Identify new risks / control gaps within own area and escalate accordingly to your Line Manager and / or regulatory exercises. Training under a Senior IT Engineer / Head of Infrastructure in the Team during Probation period As part of the probation period, assignment of small side IT desk projects to support and deliver IT Projects Complete all annual mandatory regulatory refresher training as per the Bank’s training plans and deadlines. Proactively seek to complete recommended technical and behavioural competencies training required for your role. Technical Experience Required: Exposure to Market Data, Bloomberg, Trader Support Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). Active Directory to a medium-high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. VM-Ware virtualisation environments. Backups (various and ability to use different applications). Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). VPN Administration and Deployment. DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. Salary will be in the range £50K - £65K. Our Client is in the process of implementing a global rollout of FIS Integrity Treasury and Risk Management System. Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience at supporting 1st / 2nd Line Treasury systems or financial systems support The Client is ideally looking to recruit at least 1 years experience of working with and supporting FIS Treasury and Risk Management System FIS Integrity. This is a 2 level Treasury Systems implementation and support position. Role Description The IT Support Analyst with 2nd Level Treasury Systems Support – FIS Integrity role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dublin Ireland, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing second-line technical support for FIS Integrity and related treasury systems, including diagnosing incidents, resolving complex issues, and escalating to vendors or internal teams when needed. The analyst will monitor system performance, manage service requests, document solutions, and contribute to improvements in system reliability and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with treasury, IT, and operations stakeholders, handling changes and configuration updates, and ensuring adherence to service-level and security standards. The role requires clear communication with users, accurate reporting on incidents and trends, and proactive identification of risks or optimization opportunities. Qualifications Should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with experience in 2nd level support for financial or treasury systems such as FIS Integrity. Have solid Analytical Skills and Information Technology knowledge, including understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and incident analysis. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Experience in treasury, banking, or financial services environments and familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is beneficial. A relevant degree or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with experience in hybrid working setups, is preferred. Operational Platform Monitoring & Treasury Process Assurance Ensures uninterrupted execution of Treasury‑critical processes and protection of daily cash positioning, payment execution, and cut‑off compliance. Monitor Treasury systems, interfaces, and scheduled jobs (EOD, SOD, intraday processes)  Oversee payment flows across SWIFT, API, EBICS, and bank platforms  Validate inbound data (bank statements, market data, trade feeds)  Execute operational runbooks for failed processes and controlled reprocessing  Perform daily checks and controls including cash position validation and transaction completeness Incident Management & Treasury Service Continuity Protects Treasury operations by restoring service rapidly when incidents threaten payments, liquidity visibility, or regulatory obligations.  Log, classify, and prioritise incidents in ServiceNow based on Treasury business impact  Perform structured triage and initial diagnosis  Resolve standard issues within SLA using approved knowledge base and runbooks  Escalate complex or cross‑system issues to L3 with full technical and business diagnostic context  Support major incident management processes and incident bridge calls Cash, Position & Exposure Data Integrity Ensures integrity of cash, position, risk, exposure, and hedge data used in Treasury decision‑making, external reporting, and audit processes.  Validate transaction, position, balance, and exposure data across Treasury systems  Identify and resolve discrepancies impacting liquidity confidence and risk accuracy Support reconciliation processes and ensure audit‑ready completeness of financial data Testing & Release Support with Treasury Assurance Ensures Treasury readiness and outcome protection for system changes and SaaS releases.  Support execution of business testing, UAT, and regression testing  Validate operational outputs resulting from system changes  Assist in business readiness checks prior to release or cutover Essential  2–5 years’ experience in 1st / 2nd Line Treasury systems or financial systems support  Understanding of Treasury processes (payments, liquidity, settlements)  Experience with incident management and ITIL processes  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Desirable  Experience in FIS Integrity System  Basic SQL or data interrogation capability  Exposure to SWIFT, APIs, and integration technologies  Experience supporting UAT or testing cycles Qualifications  Degree in Finance, IT, or related discipline  ITIL Foundation (preferred) Experience with FIS Integrity or similar Treasury and Risk Management systems is highly desirable A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Dublin Ireland. IT Support Engineer with 1 and 2 Level Support Our Client is a very successful bank with offices across Europe and the Middle East. The Client is looking to recruit a 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for the Bank’s Mayfair London office. You will have at least 3 to 5 years experience of 1 and 2 Level Support as an Engineer. Covering a range of various duties from; Desktop and Mobile support, to supporting our 150 + User base with 5-days a week onsite support with very limited to zero working from home, AV Support and other IT side-desk tasks. Your role will also allow you to work and learn from our Infrastructure, Communications, iSeries and Development Teams – semi-involved with various streams of IT work for 2024 (new imaging process – new ITSM tool – and many more projects coming in 2024). Main skills for the position: Required to cover onsite IT Support – Monday to Friday between our business hours of 08:00am -> 17:30pm (UK).
