Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de séparation d’activités IT à l’international, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet IT expérimenté pour piloter la séparation des contrats IT et accompagner les différentes parties prenantes dans l’exécution du projet. Le consultant sera responsable de la mise en place de la gouvernance, de la planification des activités et du suivi opérationnel afin de garantir le respect des délais, la maîtrise des risques et la continuité des services. Contexte de la mission Un projet a été lancé en 2023 par notre client. Il s’agit d’un chantier d’amélioration du traitement des sollicitations reçues par la société de la part de ses clients. Ces sollicitations peuvent être des demandes, des habilitations, des incidents ou des réclamations. L’objectif de ce programme est d’améliorer la gestion des sollicitations client, l’expérience client et collaborateur. En 2025, le premier lot du programme a été livré avec le décomissionnement de l’ancien outil de gestion des sollicitations édité par ServiceNow et le remplacement de celui-ci par un nouvel outil, édité par Salesforce. En mars 2026, le lot 2 du projet a débuté. Celui-ci inclus : - Stream 1 : l’intégration de la gestion des sollicitations des commerçants au sein du nouvel outil - Stream 2 : la mise en œuvre d’un parcours client dans le cadre des Réclamations - Stream 3 : la généralisation de l’Email-to-case Le chantier majeur de ce deuxième lot concerne le premier stream. L’outil de ticketing actuellement utilisé par plusieurs équipes. Celui-ci doit être remplacé par un nouvel outil afin de centraliser la gestion des sollicitations au sein d’un seul et même outil. You will work closely with Service Management teams, customer stakeholders, and Managed Service Providers to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient network operations. The position is ideal for an experienced Network Administrator with strong Juniper networking expertise and a solid understanding of ITIL service management. Network Administrator Responsibilities Monitor network performance and report on the health of network services. Process customer service requests and support the delivery of new network services. Create, deploy, and maintain network configurations. Liaise with Service Management teams and customer representatives to deliver operational services. Provide technical support to Managed Service Providers. Maintain accurate network diagrams and technical documentation. Support annual Crypto Key Fill activities. Update and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Participate in an out-of-hours technical support rota on a one week in four basis. Network Administrator Skills and Experience Strong experience administering Juniper network devices. Experience supporting Juniper firewall technologies. Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Experience working with network encryption technologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting secure or highly regulated environments. Understanding of handling sensitive or classified material desirable. Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
