RED recherche un(e) Consultant(e) Freelance ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ITSM / ITOM) afin de renforcer les équipes dans le cadre de projets stratégiques sur la plateforme ServiceNow, incluant CMDB, ITOM et foundations.

🔍 Responsabilités principales :

✅ Rédiger et maintenir des user stories basées sur le design proposé et validé
✅ Mettre à jour la documentation technique et fonctionnelle, y compris les plans d’architecture et design de haut niveau
✅ Participer aux tests unitaires, documenter les résultats et signaler toute incohérence
✅ Animer des démonstrations de fonctionnalités en scénario end-to-end et recueillir le feedback client

Candidate profile

✔️ Minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur des projets ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / Platform
✔️ Expertise technique sur ITSM Core, CMDB, ITOM, workflows / Flow Designer, Playbooks, reporting et intégrations standards
✔️ Capacité à travailler en mode client-facing et collaborer avec des équipes multi-fonctionnelles
✔️ Expérience en tests, déploiement et support en production
✔️ Excellentes compétences en communication, coordination et documentation

🎓 Certifications IMPORTANTES (fortement appréciées) :
➡️ ServiceNow CSA
➡️ ServiceNow ITOM
➡️ ITIL v4
