Notre client dans le secteur Banque et finance recherche un/une Transformation Lead for AI Process Re-imagination H/F Description de la mission : Job description – Transformation Lead for AI Process Re-imagination Context and objective The mission is focused on leading complex transformation waves that reimagine business processes with AI, from initial scoping through delivery. The role aims to translate an end-to-end transformation mandate into practical engagement plans, clear decisions and measurable outcomes, while ensuring stakeholder alignment and disciplined execution. The environment is regulated and control-heavy, requiring future-state designs that embed risk, compliance, auditability, traceability, human oversight and responsible AI considerations from the outset. Main responsibilities • Lead complex transformation waves in an empowering manner from scoping to delivery, with clear objectives, disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes • Translate the broader transformation mandate into practical engagement plans, deliverables and decisions for specific domains or services • Structure analysis on complex transversal problems, diagnose root causes, challenge assumptions and align stakeholders around pragmatic future-state options • Guide business domains through process reimagination so that proposed changes go beyond incremental optimisation and create materially different ways of working where justified • Define or quality-assure target-state processes, service models and operating models, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance, controls, KPIs, management routines and capability implications • Shape AI-enabled transformation opportunities with IT, data, architecture and AI teams, ensuring technology choices are tied to business value, adoption and operating model impact • Ensure future-state designs are realistic for a regulated environment and include compliance, auditability, traceability, human oversight and responsible AI requirements • Develop practical transformation roadmaps, interim states, migration paths, business requirements and adoption implications with business and technology teams • Drive benefit realisation by defining value hypotheses, benefit drivers, measurement approaches and delivery plans linked to tangible business outcomes • Work in a fusion-team model alongside business sponsors, SMEs, operational teams, IT, AI, data, architecture, risk, compliance, legal, change and programme stakeholders • Coach wave team members and impacted business teams to strengthen consulting, facilitation, problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities • Capture lessons learned, improve reusable methods, templates and playbooks, and contribute to consistent delivery across multiple transformation waves Expected profile • Master's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or relevant professional designation preferred • Minimum 10 years of business experience, ideally combining consulting with line-management or operational transformation experience • Proven experience leading complex transformation, process re-engineering, service redesign or operating model redesign initiatives in a business environment • Strong consulting toolkit including structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, facilitation, stakeholder management, issue resolution and executive-level communication • Practical knowledge of Lean, Agile and continuous improvement principles, with the ability to coach others in applying them effectively • Affinity with AI, automation, data and digital technologies, combined with the judgment to balance innovation, business value, feasibility, risk and adoption • Experience in regulated, control-heavy or audit-sensitive environments strongly preferred;
