As an 3rd Line Network Integrator, you will contribute to this by working with new technologies within a team that values the sharing of ideas to build a better service. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stake holders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role.
