Missions principales : 1. Pilotage opérationnel & coordination transversale • Pilotage quotidien de l’activité de contribution web sur Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). • Coordination étroite avec l’équipe Product Owner pour le suivi des évolutions fonctionnelles, la remontée des anomalies et leur résolution dans les environnements de production et préproduction. • Collaboration avec l’équipe PIM pour garantir la cohérence, la qualité et la complétude des données produit sur l’ensemble des marchés. • Encadrement fonctionnel de l’équipe de webmasters (organisation, priorisation, support technique) : Management d’équipe de 6 à 8 personnes 2. Support technique & accompagnement des marchés • Assistance experte aux contributeurs locaux sur SFCC (questions fonctionnelles, bonnes pratiques…). • Participation à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de promotions, redirections, et à l’import de fichiers SEO ou catalogues. • Gestion des tickets techniques et fonctionnels : analyse, priorisation, résolution ou coordination avec les équipes concernées. 3. Gestion de projets techniques & monitoring des flux • Supervision et support des flux Lengow (exports vers marketplaces) : suivi des anomalies, coordination avec les équipes techniques. • Contribution aux déploiements de nouvelles fonctionnalités (rollouts, évolutions UX, adaptations locales). • Configuration avancée du Business Manager SFCC : catalogues, meta tag rules, Page Designer, redirections automatiques, etc. 4. SEO & Optimisation • Intégration des recommandations SEO : analyse, adaptation, mise en œuvre technique sur les pages du site. • Mise en place de process pour fluidifier les processus de contribution et améliorer l'efficacité des équipes.
