Senior Delivery Manager

About the role As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of delivery from discovery through to live service. You'll work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure that solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. This role is essential to maintaining delivery predictability, operational readiness and value realisation across our Exam Technology Organisation. Key accountabilities include: Leading agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with product goals. Managing dependencies, risks and release governance to protect stability and quality. Embedding non-functional requirements (security, resilience, performance) into delivery. Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for enabling effective delivery across agile teams, managing dependencies, coordinating releases, and ensuring technical solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose. Manage stakeholder relationships and technical backlog, driving delivery against the roadmap. Oversee release strategy, change management, and continuous improvement post-launch.
