This role is essential to maintaining delivery predictability, operational readiness and value realisation across our Exam Technology Organisation. Key accountabilities include: Leading agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with product goals. Managing dependencies, risks and release governance to protect stability and quality. Embedding non-functional requirements (security, resilience, performance) into delivery. Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
