Notre client, éditeur de logiciels basé à Toulouse, renforce son pôle Design et recherche son futur UI Designer (H/F) pour accompagner la transformation de ses produits vers une plateforme SaaS amenée à devenir un ERP complet Vos missions : Vous interviendrez sur des projets stratégiques et confidentiels, avec un fort niveau d’exigence UI et une implication majeure dans la mise en place et l’évolution du design system. Intégré(e) à une équipe pluridisciplinaire (Product, UX, Développement), vous serez responsable de : * Concevoir des interfaces modernes, fiables et pixel perfect, en cohérence avec la vision Produit. * Mettre en place, structurer et faire évoluer le design system : styles, composants, guidelines, patterns UI. * Assurer la cohérence visuelle et l’accessibilité sur l’ensemble du produit, en particulier dans un contexte SaaS multi-modules. * Produire des maquettes haute-fidélité, prototypes interactifs et livrables UI adaptés aux contraintes de développement. * Participer aux ateliers de conception et collaborer étroitement avec les équipes UX, Produit et Dev. * Contribuer à la montée en maturité du pôle Design et à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience utilisateur. Compétences techniques recherchées : * Maîtrise experte de Figma (indispensable) * Solide culture UI : typographie, colorimétrie, iconographie, micro-interactions / motion légère * Expérience confirmée en création et maintenance de design systems * Excellente compréhension des contraintes front-end (responsive, composants, design tokens) * Rigueur « pixel perfect » et sens du détail * Connaissance des standards d’accessibilité (WCAG) appréciée * Le poste comporte 80 % d’UI, dans un environnement produit exigeant et structurant
