This Senior Service Designer opportunity sits within Justice Digital, Data and Science, working across Legal Aid Agency and Probation services to deliver user-centred, accessible and impactful public services.

Designing and improving end-to-end services based on user needs
Creating service blueprints and design concepts to shape future services
Facilitating workshops with users, stakeholders and delivery teams
Prototyping and testing ideas to reduce risk and improve outcomes
Using data and research to drive evidence-based design decisions
Contributing to and strengthening the design community
