Compétences attendues : Compétences techniques et data : • Cartographie et mapping des données : analyser le modèle de données des systèmes source et cible pour contribuer à la complétude de la matrice de correspondance. • Nettoyage et qualité des données : identifier les doublons, les données obsolètes ou corrompues, et définir des règles de gestion pour les corriger avant migration. • Outils d'extraction et de manipulation — Maîtrise de SQL Server pour requêter les bases de données. • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (Power Query, macros...) pour les volumes modérés. • La connaissance d'outils ETL constitue un plus. Expertise fonctionnelle : • Connaissance des outils de gestion de portefeuille de projets (PPM) et de planification : MSP (Microsoft Project), PWA (Project Web App), Planisware Entreprise. Stratégie de recette de données : • Concevoir des protocoles de tests spécifiques à la donnée (vérification par échantillonnage, scripts de vérification des totaux de charge) et analyser les logs de migration via requêtage. Définition de la stratégie de bascule : • Organiser des « migrations à blanc » (dry-runs) pour mesurer le temps nécessaire et définir les modalités de retour arrière en cas d'échec le jour de la mise en production. About The Role: As our technical IT project coordinator, you will organise and coordinate the delivery of IT services to our ever-expanding customer base. You will be responsible for planning and managing all IT related projects whilst handling administrative tasks such as provisioning, hardware orders and scheduling engineering diaries. Each week you will join a Work In Progress (WIP) meeting where you will be required to provide an update on the status of your projects and any projects going live. Facilitating and holding initial kick off meetings with sales, engineering and the customer, on site if needed. Consistently updating customers on the progress of their orders. Provide documentation and a clear handover to both the client and the support teams. Responsible for always delivering world-class service. Creating accurate assets and assigning to customer agreements. Ordering: Raising purchase orders on our PSA and ensuring prices are accurate to supplier. Ordering services. Ordering hardware. Provisioning of licences such as Microsoft. Booking in stock and managing stock, including taking part in Stock Takes Engineering: Schedule engineers to attend site for installation and training. Create task tickets for engineers as part of your project planning. Creating accurate appointments including configuration, installation and follow up.
