As part of a large-scale IT transformation program, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to strengthen our ITSM capabilities. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications to improve service delivery and align with ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications within the ITSM framework

Design and implement service catalog solutions, workflows, and automation scripts

Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

Collaborate with IT Operations and Service Desk teams to optimize service delivery processes

Create custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

Support ITIL process improvements and contribute to governance initiatives

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow environment

Enhance the user experience through effective ServiceNow configurations and solutions

Candidate profile

Profile required:

Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration

In-depth expertise in ITSM processes and the ITIL framework

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Service Catalog, Workflow

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

Understanding of IT Operations and Service Desk environments

Experience with database management and SQL queries

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a strong plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Fluency in French and English

Working environment

Frequency: 4 days / 5 on site
