Jira Specialist - SC Cleared Our client is looking for a Jira Service Management (JSM) Specialist. Essential skills: - Jira/JSM Admins privileges, plug-ins and add-ins - Experience building Jira/JSM workflows, forms and dashboards - Experience with Jira/JSM reporting - Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLA) management - Experience with Configuration Management, databases Experience with other service management tools like Remedy, Helix and Service Now is desirable.
