La Direction du Digital et de l'Expérience Client et Conseiller pilote la trajectoire fonctionnelle des ambitions métier dans un cadre Agile SAFe. Le besoin porte sur le pilotage d'un projet d'automatisation de la mise à jour des données personnelles (ADRESSE, EMAIL, TELEPHONE) depuis l'espace client vers l'ensemble des applicatifs internes, dans le respect des exigences légales et réglementaires (protection des données personnelles). Objectif cible : livraison d'une solution opérationnelle lors de la release de février 2027. Un profil est recherché pour ce projet (1 personne).
