Job Description Our Client is looking to recruit a Business Analyst with at least 3 to 5 years proven track of working as a a BA and within the investment banking industry. You will be working within operations part of the business and be familiar with the instruments and processes from front to back office. For this role you must have a clear understanding of agency lending. You will work with Executive stakeholders to define, prioritise, plan and deliver a programme of strategic and tactical change across all business areas. The Client is looking to recruit a Business Analyst with at least 3 to 5 years proven experience of working on projects with full project life-cycle experience. You will have the following: • Experience in planning and successfully delivering cross-business change projects involving IT change within the Financial Services Sector. • Experience of working within a formal governance and control framework covering all aspects of project delivery. • Understanding of IT development processes and delivery lifecycles, and experience of testing. • Proven experience managing and leading small teams to deliver to common goals. • Good communication skills (verbal and written) Ideally have Agile and Scrum experience. A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Director of Engineering to join a multi national company innovating high performance Analog semiconductors to help power the Wireless networking revolution! The Senior Director of Engineering will join the Irvine, California design center and will lead circa 10 engineers responsible for modules designs. You will be responsible for defining architectures, driving feasibility studies, meeting aggressive customer development schedules with best-in-class performance and best cost. This combination of goals requires exceptional technical, business, interpersonal, developmental and inspirational leadership skills, combined with a natural desire to win through innovation, teamwork and execution at all phases. You will have direct customer engagement and will be involved with discussing technical roadmaps, hence a strong understanding of the design process is required and a background in hands on Analog and/or RF IC Design is highly valuable. This position requires strong cross-functional team building skills. The culture is designed to promote fast decision making and a sense of individual ownership so you will have the opportunity to make a difference at the company and BU level in this role. You must have an excellent understanding of high efficiency, low-cost power amplifiers and integrated RF front-end multi-chip modules (PAs, acoustic filters/duplexers, antenna RF switches, couplers, LNAs and all associated impedance matching) for the cellular mobile communications market. You must possess cross-functional leadership and customer interface skills and have demonstrated excellent communication skills and a passion for technical team leadership and development. Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to lead Analog design teams and taking products from concept to mass production.
