The role is key in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for our service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework. Our Lead Business Analysts play a key role in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for these service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework. The Lead Business Analysts report to the Head of Business Analysis and work closely with stakeholders and aligned professions including Agile Delivery Management, Product Management, User Centred Design, Project Management, Architecture and Software Development. At this level, you will: Have expert Business Analysis skills. Be required to lead and coach others to increase professionalism. Be a confident communicator, able to clearly describe complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisation. Work with aligned professional communities. Oversee senior business analysts, their role, their assignments, development and performance. Business Analyst Our government client is looking for a skilled BA on an initial 3 month contract + extensions. Hybrid travel to Swansea, Wales is requires 2-3 times per week. 1. Strong communications skills with an ability to build relationships and elicit requirements at all levels within the organisation. 2. Experience in a range of requirement gathering approaches, from document analysis to leading group-based workshops. 3.
