Lieu : IDF (2 à 3 jours/semaine sur site)(Déplacements : mensuels à Lyon, occasionnels à Mérignac)
TJM Max : 640 €
Démarrage : 14/09/2026
Durée : Jusqu’en Juin 2028
Séniorité : Senior (+7 ans d'expérience)

Rôle :

Piloter la vision du produit, maximiser sa valeur métier et accélérer l'intégration des cas d'usage Data & IA.

Missions Principales :

Cadrage & Besoins : Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins métiers à travers l'animation d'ateliers de conception.
Gestion du Backlog : Formaliser les User Stories (critères d'acceptation), maintenir et prioriser le backlog sous Jira / Confluence.
Accélération Data & IA : Identifier, qualifier et intégrer les cas d'usage Data / IA à forte valeur ajoutée.
Pilotage & Coordination : Faire la liaison entre les équipes métiers, Data, IA et techniques.
Livraison & Qualité : Valider les fonctionnalités, animer les démos produit et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la conduite du changement.
Feuille de Route : Contribuer à la roadmap et à l'amélioration continue du produit.

Candidate profile

Compétences & Profil Recherché :

Product Ownership : Maîtrise de l'Agilité (Scrum, SAFe), gestion de backlog, Jira / Confluence.
Expertise Data & IA : Solide expérience sur le pilotage de produits digitaux centrés sur la Data et l'IA.
Soft Skills : Leadership, grande autonomie, excellente communication et capacité de vulgarisation auprès des métiers.
