Au sein d’une direction en charge des plateformes d’automatisation et du cloud, vous pilotez une équipe chargée du maintien en condition opérationnelle et sécuritaire d’une solution SaaS dédiée à un client du secteur de l’authentification numérique. Vous êtes le point de contact principal du client, garant de la qualité de service et du respect des SLA, tout en coordonnant le traitement des incidents et demandes.

Votre rôle inclut la gestion et l’animation de l’équipe de production/support, l’organisation des astreintes, le suivi des projets, ainsi que la production et l’analyse de rapports de performance (KPI) pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration continue.

Vous évoluez dans un environnement Cloud (type GCP), avec une forte composante IAM (OIDC/OAuth2) et une utilisation quotidienne d’un outil ITSM (type ServiceNow) pour le pilotage opérationnel. Ce poste exige un leadership opérationnel, une excellente communication et une capacité à naviguer entre enjeux techniques et relation client dans un contexte exigeant et international.

Candidate profile

Expérience avérée en pilotage d’activité d’exploitation de service en production
Capacité démontrée à gérer une relation client dans un contexte exigeant
Pratique confirmée des outils ITSM (notamment ServiceNow)
Connaissance et expérience avec environnements Cloud, en particulier GCP
Familiarité avec les standards d’authentification (OIDC / OAuth2) et l’IAM
