As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst eager to contribute to impactful transformation projects across diverse industries.

Your Mission
As an IT Business Analyst, you play a key role at the crossroads of business and IT. You identify opportunities for improvement, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and ensure successful implementation aligned with organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with stakeholders to understand strategic and operational needs
Translating business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications
Performing impact assessments and gap analyses (as-is vs to-be)
Designing and documenting optimized target processes
Contributing to solution design in collaboration with IT teams
Defining testing strategies and supporting validation phases
Coordinating communication between business, IT, and external partners
Supporting change management and deployment activities
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in dynamic and evolving environments
You will work on transformation projects that combine operational excellence, digitalization, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
Profil recherché
Proven experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or process optimization
Strong ability to understand complex business environments
Analytical mindset with a structured and pragmatic approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines
Adaptability and versatility in fast-changing environments
Fluency in French and English are mandatory (Dutch is a strong asset)
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile, Scrum…)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, Balsamiq, Clarity
Experience with business process modeling tools (UML, BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Camunda…)
Exposure to regulated or complex industries (finance, energy, telecom, public sector, pharma, etc.)
