Dans le cadre d’un projet de transformation digitale interne, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Fonctionnel(le) & Support Technique Microsoft 365 pour accompagner les équipes métiers dans l’adoption et l’utilisation optimale des outils collaboratifs de la suite Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Loop, Stream, etc.) ainsi que d’autres solutions numériques complémentaires.

Le/la consultant(e) participera activement à la conduite du changement, à la formation des utilisateurs, au support technique et fonctionnel, et à la gestion de projets numériques transverses.

Missions principales :

Accompagner la conduite du changement autour des usages Microsoft 365.
Former et sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux outils collaboratifs.
Garantir la qualité du support fonctionnel et technique (diagnostic, résolution, escalade).
Piloter des projets numériques internes.
Concevoir, administrer et maintenir des espaces SharePoint.
Créer et suivre des tableaux de bord Power BI et du reporting avancé.
Gérer la logistique et la coordination des événements hybrides (visioconférences, réunions internes).

Candidate profile

Expérience confirmée sur Microsoft 365 (minimum 4 ans).
Solide maîtrise de Power BI et Excel avancé (analyse, reporting).
Bonne compréhension des environnements Windows et des outils collaboratifs.
Capacité à animer des ateliers, formations et webinaires.
Sens du service, pédagogie, aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe.
Autonomie, curiosité et adaptabilité dans un contexte en constante évolution.

Compétences techniques (obligatoires) :

Suite Microsoft 365 : Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Loop, Copilot, Stream
Power BI et Excel (niveau avancé)
Windows 11
