Job Description Brief overview on the role/project: Project Management community have identified a significant increase in project work from August onwards. The Project requirements exceed our existing headcount numbers. To complement the existing team. Perform implementation, upgrade & migration project work and general support activities as necessary. Mandatory skills: * At least 5-10 years' experience of implementing, migrating to/from & supporting (2nd to 3rd Line) storage devices. * Good knowledge of file & block storage technologies * Good knowledge of Dell EMC storage devices & Unisphere * Good knowledge of Brocade SAN Switches & SanNav * Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication. * Have a proven problem-solving ability. * Proactive approach to personal workload management. * Awareness of the ITIL Service Management framework and specifically incident and change management. Desirable skills: * Use and support of Veritas NetBackup * Good knowledge of NetApp & Hewlett Packard storage devices * General knowledge of HBA configuration, Multipathing & general use of various server operating systems - Windows, Linux (RHEL & SLES), AIX and Solaris. Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
