Find your next tech and IT Job or contract Scrum Master in England
Scrum is an agile product management framework that involves three roles: the development team, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master.
As a true mediator within agile teams, the Scrum Master's mission is to support them in the quality and proper functioning of products.
While not directly involved in product development, they perform various tasks, some clearly defined in the framework, and others related to specific situations.
The Scrum Master's role is to make their team more effective through the Scrum agile method: ongoing coaching, supervision of Scrum processes and artifacts, organizing and monitoring meetings, communication and mediation, teambuilding and obstacle removal are part of their daily routine.
They can progress to the position of Product Owner, or coach teams as a freelancer in IT projects.
