Our Government client is looking for Ruby on Rails developers. If you have minimal experience with Ruby, but a strong development and GDS background, this would also fit the required role. Requirements: - Ruby on Rails - Front end development - GDS Additional skills: - Kibana - Instana - Pagerduty - Argo/Kargo - ServiceNow - Java The role will be 2 days per week on site in Swansea, Wales and 3 days from home. Please note this role is INSIDE IR35. SC clearance will be required, sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. Working as part of a developing Application Support function, you’ll help ensure services are stable, secure and continuously improving. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with delivery teams, suppliers and business users, playing a key part in how platforms are managed, optimised and developed over time. What you’ll be doing Provide day-to-day operational support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications Manage system configuration, access and routine maintenance Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents Support users and provide guidance on best practice Work with developers, testers and suppliers on live services and releases Maintain documentation, audit trails and operational processes Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and user experience Contribute to secure, compliant and well-governed services
