As the IT Manager, you'll take ownership of infrastructure across hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems - ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. You'll manage and develop a small team, lead key projects including system integrations and process automation, and drive compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Working closely with senior management, you'll help define the IT roadmap, align initiatives with wider business objectives, and ensure technology continues to support operational excellence and future expansion.
