Project Manager – 3-month contract – Northampton My Customer is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of medium to large-scale, customer-facing projects involving multiple concurrent workstreams. This is a hands-on role that will see you working across technical delivery, business change, and user adoption to ensure smooth, successful outcomes. Key skills from the Project Manager Proven experience in managing medium-to-large scale IT/business change projects. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, track, and coordinate multiple workstreams. Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrable experience in business change management and driving user adoption. Familiarity with enterprise-level IT projects, ideally including infrastructure upgrades, OS deployments, or ERP implementations. Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications) desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects with multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, business analysts, and change managers. Oversee stakeholder communication at all levels, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment. Drive business change management activities, including user readiness, training, and adoption strategies. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and keep delivery on track. Ensure that project outputs meet business requirements and deliver measurable value. Key Projects You May Be Involved In: Windows 11 Deployment – upgrading the business to a modern, secure OS. Infrastructure and Network Refresh – delivering a robust, scalable IT backbone. SAP Rise ERP Project – implementing and optimising our enterprise resource planning system. ERP Finance Systems Project Manager Our Client is looking to recruit a Qualified Accountant with ACCA with experience of working with and implementing multiple finance ERP systems globally Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years finance operations experience. Developing business case proposals, delivery full lifecycle management, user testing & training, and post go-live support and optimisation. Good working knowledge of leading cloud-based Finance solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or NetSuite. Expertise of integrating Finance packages with other strategic solutions including CRM and eCommerce platforms. Experience of and/or qualifications in Project Management methodologies such as Prince 2, PMP, MSP and Agile. Excellent knowledge of MS Office toolset including Excel to an Advanced level. The ERP Finance Systems Project Manager role will require an in-depth knowledge and use of leading, cloud based Finance ERP solutions in a global context - combined with sound technology and implementation experience in a global environment. Creative thinker, with the ability to proactively identify areas for potential improvement (process and functionality) Lead initiatives and solution enhancements. Translate business/operational requirements into effective and efficient systems solutions and to manage conflicting priorities/complex workload. Must have excellent communication skills at all levels. Based in Northampton, this role will require international travel. The daily rate will be very competitive.
