Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Security Manager with 2nd and 3rd Line IT support experience. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with planning, implementing, and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS), including managing cybersecurity risks, implementing network security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Information Security Manager will also provide IT support to the company and will be based in the London office, with flexibility for some remote work. Your past experience must include 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support where you are able to advise and direct the technical team. Qualifications Experience in Information Security Management and creating and implementing an ISMS Experience in Cybersecurity and Network Security Expertise in Information security best practices and standards Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus Experience in IT support or Systems Administration is desirable The position is 3 days in the office per week in Central London. IT Infrastructure Support Analyst Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a young super talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst. You will have at least to 5 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place. Business Performance duties  Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications  Provide first/Second level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.  Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Phones/Mobiles and other IT equipment.  Laptop imaging experience needed (WIM USB, MDT, SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot) – Image creation, management and deployments.  Assist in user account management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, and banking systems  Networking Fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN.  Understanding of cybersecurity measures.  Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations.  Monitor system performance and report abnormalities to senior IT staff  Assist with software updates, patches, and antivirus management.  Exposure to following Fortinet solutions – fortigate, forticlient VPN, Symantec Endpoint Protection & Encryption, Bitlocker, SentinelOne, Cisco Switches, Tenable, Group policy, ManageEngine, Nagios, MFA  Document IT procedures and maintain technical documentation relating to role. IT Manager Our Client is a Bank based in Central London, are looking to recruit an IT Manager ideally with at least 2 years of experience in IT within the financial industry and overall 7 to 10 years of experience in IT. You will be working in a small team managing the day-to-day technology infrastructure to ensure that the Bank can operate efficiently. Cybersecurity Strategy and Planning Evaluate and proritize security initiatives for the branch in London in collaboration with GT (Group Technology) - Group IT Security. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends and escalate risks promptly. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR and any other applicable to the IT). Evaluate GT s compliance with relevant regulatory standards (eg ISO 27001) as part of critical vendor performance assessment ensuring operational resilience is maintained. In collaboration with GT, manage security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software. In collaboration with GT, Develop and test incident response plans and coordinate responses to security incidents and breaches Raise awareness of cybersecurity issues among bank London employees; conduct annual training /workshops to educate staff on security best practices aligned with GT. Other Duties Maintain professional and technical knowledge (Conduct Rule 2) e.g. by attending educational workshops; read professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices etc where relevant.
