We urgently require a Front-End Java Developer with at least 3 to 5 years experience of developing global digital marketing platform to provide a complete web experience management solution for Customer to market products & services to learners on a global scale. The candidate will be a high-performing, hands-on Front end development specialising in CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Angular. Experienced technologist, who will help with the front end development of sites on-boarding onto the Marketing Cloud platform. You will be required to • Develop sites on-boarding onto the Customer Marketing Cloud • Coaching development teams. • Setting and ensuring the highest development standards are followed. • Identification and management of technical debt. • BAU code fixes and enhancements to existing sites on the platform Must have the following experience: • Significant experience with building, launching and managing simple and complex websites on the Adobe Experience Manager platform • Expert knowledge of web-based technologies: HTTP / HTTPS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Less, JQuery, Angular • A passion for technology and up-to-date with trends, new languages and design approaches in the IT space. • Experienced in designing scalable solutions, write efficient code, optimizing performance and debugging issues. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, dynamic environment . • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical. We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong hands-on development and architectural expertise in .NET, Node.js, Sitecore, React/Angular/jQuery, HTML/CSS and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across application architecture, security, performance, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: * Design end-to-end application architecture for web and enterprise solutions. * Define technical standards, patterns, best practices and guidelines. * Create high-level and low-level design documents. * Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security and maintainability requirements. * Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Provide architectural guidance during planning, development, and deployment phases. * Lead by example with hands-on coding when required. * Develop and review backend services using .NET (ASP.NET Core) and Node.js. * Design and guide frontend development using React/Angular/jQuery, HTML/CSS. * Architect and customize Sitecore solutions (content modeling, personalization, integrations). * Implement Sitecore integrations with third-party systems and APIs. * Define and implement security best practices including encryption, authentication and authorization. * Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements. Key Skills & Experience: * Ideally 8-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development. * Ideally 4+ years of experience in a Technical Architect role. * Strong experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs). * Strong experience with React/Angular/jQuery, HTML/CSS * Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (XP/XM preferred). * Experience with REST APIs & microservices architecture. * Strong understanding of SQL Server / NoSQL databases. * Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS). * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead architectural reviews and mentor development teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
